Robin Smith
Hi! Coach Robin Smith here. CrossFit Level 2 certified coach, and Affiliate owner of KRRAK CrossFit. I'm the wife of Coach Jon and the mother of 8 kids. I've been coaching and competing in CrossFit since 2010 & worked in a PT clinic where we used CrossFit to help rehab injured athletes of all ages and athletic backgrounds. I’m passionate in helping people achieve the entire picture of health and fitness. I am blessed by this community. Nehemiah 8:10 “The Joy of the Lord is my strength”

Sean
Sean is a passionate CrossFit coach who has been immersed in the world of CrossFit since 2019. With a particular affinity for coaching the Olympic lifts, he brings his technical expertise and enthusiasm to every training session. Sean ultimate goal is to continually push his boundaries and become fit enough physically and mentally to someday outperform AJ in a challenging workout. Beyond his role as a coach, Sean works as an analytical chemist during the day, leveraging his scientific background to solve complex problems. In addition to his professional pursuits, he cherishes the role of being a loving father to his two daughters, finding fulfillment in his family and fitness.

Gary Barney
My son introduced me to CrossFit back in 2015. I was 52 and over
Weight. My first workout was rowing and box jumps. I loved it and immediately signed up for the fundamentals class so I could get started. I have competed in all but one CrossFit Open since I started. Still continuing to improve every year. Last year was my best performance at 60.
After a few years of being involved in CrossFit I thought it would be a good idea to take the level 1 training class in 2021 so I could begin coaching and teaching members the skills and techniques required to improve on all movements in crossfit.
My favorite movements are squat snatch, OHS, squat cleans, pull-ups.
I have been married to my wife Wendy for 37 years. We have 3 boys who are all married and 5 grandchildren.
Im looking forward to helping others better themselves through CrossFit which in turn will lead to a better quality of life.
